2. Service Description
Domain Agent provides AI-powered domain research and availability data. Results are generated via AI and verified against real-time registrar data, but we do not guarantee the permanent availability of any suggested domain.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Due to the digital nature of AI research reports, all sales are final and non-refundable once a mission has been executed or premium access granted.
4. Limitation of Liability
Domain Agent is not responsible for any domains that are registered by third parties after being suggested, or for any branding decisions made based on our AI insights.
